Dr. David Kelton (DVM, PHD) has an international reputation as a researcher in animal health and disease surveillance. In recent years Dr Kelton has focused on Johne’s testing and control, active and passive disease surveillance and the monitoring and control of clinical and subclinical mastitis. He as an active member of the department of Population Medicine at the University of Guelph and serves as advisor for numerous graduate students at the Master’s and Doctoral level. His publication record is extensive.
